ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – University City broke ground on Monday for the largest Target store yet in the St. Louis area.

The ceremonial groundbreaking for the Target Store took place at The Market at Olive on Monday at 10:30 a.m. The new location will be 148,000 square feet and include a two-level parking structure.

The shopping center will be located east of Costco off Olive Boulevard and will join other franchises such as Chick-fil-A, Raising Cane’s, Chipotle, and more.
