FOX 2 wins two A-List Readers Choice Awards from STL Magazine

ST. LOUIS – The results from St. Louis Magazine’s 2024 Readers Choice Awards have been announced, and FOX 2 took the top spot in two categories.

FOX 2 won the TV morning show category, with the magazine adding, “A perennial reader favorite, the morning show offers a mix of breaking news, heartwarming stories, and in-depth weather forecasts—all delivered by the station’s affable team.”

Viewers can tune into our morning shows non-stop from 4 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Additionally, FOX 2’s Mandy Murphey was named the winner of the TV news anchor category. St. Louis Magazine described her win with, “Anchoring evening and night news for the FOX 2 news team, Murphey has won 14 Emmys over more than 30 years with the station. The combination of her news sensibility and relatability to the viewer have been the keys to her success.”

Murphey regularly anchors FOX 2 News at 5, 9, and 10 p.m. throughout the week.

According to St. Louis Magazine, the community votes on all awards, and there were over 52,000 submissions. FOX 2 is a proud recipient of these two awards.
