    BOTTOM LINE: Both the St. Louis Cardinals and the Seattle Mariners are looking for a series win with a victory on Sunday.

    St. Louis has a 72-70 record overall and a 37-33 record in home games. The Cardinals have gone 33-13 in games when they did not give up a home run.

    Seattle is 72-71 overall and 31-43 on the road. The Mariners have a 36-17 record in games when they did not allow a home run.

    The teams play Sunday for the third time this season.

    TOP PERFORMERS: Alec Burleson has 21 home runs, 30 walks and 73 RBI while hitting .274 for the Cardinals. Paul Goldschmidt is 16-for-41 with seven doubles, a home run and six RBI over the last 10 games.

    Julio Rodriguez has 13 doubles and 14 home runs for the Mariners. Cal Raleigh is 9-for-40 with two doubles and two home runs over the past 10 games.
