Woman robbed by armed men on Manchester Road

ST. LOUIS – St. Louis City police officers report a woman was robbed on Manchester Road near Macklind Avenue Friday morning.

District 2 officers responded to a call for a hold up just before 8:00 a.m. and say a 46-year-old woman told officers she had just gotten out of her parked car when she was approached by 2 males who were possibly teens.

One of the males had a gun and they told her she was being robbed. The woman handed over a bag which contained her cell phone, keys, and wallet.

The two males got into a dark colored car and left.

The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to contact the South Patrol Division at 314-444-0100. Anyone who wants to remain anonymous and/or is interested in a possible reward can contact CrimeStoppers at 866-371-TIPS (8477).
