Ladue Horton Watkins High School shut down due to bomb threat

LADUE, Mo. – The Ladue School District announced that Ladue Horton Watkins High School will be shut down Tuesday.

The district announced the closure through an email sent Tuesday morning after a bomb threat was received against the high school.

In the email, the district says police and the school’s resource officers are currently investigating the threat and decided to cancel classes as a precaution.

The district doesn’t think that the threat is credible based on threats that have been received at other schools throughout the nation.
