UPDATE: St. Louis County Police say the missing teen has been located safely.

ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – The St. Louis County Police Department issued an endangered person advisory for a teenager with epilepsy who left home four days ago and hasn’t been seen since.

According to the advisory, the incident occurred at an apartment on Thursday, Sept. 26.

Police said the teen experienced a series of seizures as recently as Sept. 24. She ran away from home two days later.
