ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – A Houston, Texas, man appeared in St. Louis County Circuit Court on Monday morning to face robbery and kidnapping charges.

According to the St. Louis County Police Department’s probable cause statement, the robbery took place short after 4:50 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 26, at a business in the 4200 block of Bayless Avenue.

Police said Anthony Naceanceno, 26, entered a business and told the staff he had a firearm. Naceanceno ordered staff members to another room and then stole more than $2,000 in U.S. currency, surveillance equipment, and the employees’ cell phones.
