    Man accused of filming up shopper’s skirt in St. Charles County

    ST. CHARLES COUNTY, Mo. – A St. Louis County man has been charged after allegedly filming up a woman’s skirt while she shopped in St. Charles County.

    According to St. Charles City Police Department, William Bronaugh, 26 from Bellefontaine Neighbors, was charged last week for using his cell phone to record underneath the victim’s skirt on Oct. 14, 2023.

    Police said Bronaugh admitted to using his phone to record the victim’s as she shopped at a St. Charles County store off Mexico Road. Bronaugh also admitted to having filmed other victims less than 20 separate times.

    After police asked Bronaugh what he did with the videos, he said he watched them and then deleted them.

    Bronaugh has been charged with invasion of privacy of a victim less than 18 years of age. He is scheduled to appear in court for an initial appearance on December 2 at 9 a.m.
