    AI-infrastructure company will open new facility in Tulsa

    TULSA, Okla. — Crusoe Energy Systems LLC, an AI-infrastructure company, will open a manufacturing facility in Tulsa.

    Crusoe will invest $10 million into a new facility to create 100 new jobs. The energy company has dual headquarters in Denver and San Francisco and operates in seven countries.

    The new facility was announced Friday morning in south Tulsa. Located near 51st and Garnett, the new facility will cover roughly 120,000 square feet and will focus on building for data infrastructure.

    "We are thrilled to expand our manufacturing operations and create promising new jobs in Tulsa," Crusoe President Cully Cavness said in a press release. "Crusoe is a vertically integrated AI-infrastructure company, and scaling Crusoe's manufacturing abilities in Tulsa, where there's an exceptional business environment for innovation, is a key component of our strategy.

    City officials, including Mayor G.T. Bynum, welcomed the news.

    "I am excited to welcome Crusoe to Tulsa as we work to bring in the next generation of forward-thinking companies to our city," Bynum said. "I want to thank Crusoe for choosing Tulsa, and I look forward to seeing the new opportunities they will bring."
