That’s back in the days of athletes that took time for their fans and showed respect for the game they played as kids . Most had to work in the offseason to support their families. Not many of the 68 team still alive . We still have McLain , Horton and Lolich still living locally. Not at all like some of the selfish athletes of today’s sports world. RIP Don Wert ❤️🙏🙏
