    Frontier Airlines launches nonstop service between San Diego, Sacramento

    SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — Frontier Airlines on Tuesday launched its San Diego-Sacramento nonstop service.

    Travelers looking to take advantage of the in-state trip can also do it for a very cheap price.

    The airline is offering fares for as low as $19 each way between the two California cities, but customers have to buy them by 8:59 p.m. PT on Aug. 15. The deal is for travel through Oct. 31 for Monday through Thursday, and Saturday flights.

    “7-day advance purchase is required. Round trip purchase is not required,” the airline said on its website.

    Blackout dates include Aug. 29, Sept. 2-3, Oct. 10-11, and 14.

    San Diego International Airport and Sacramento International Airport are among nine airports kicking off the new Frontier Airlines nonstop services across the United States in August.

    If you are traveling out of Los Angeles International Airport, there are also Frontier flights between Los Angeles and Sacramento.
