    Petco Park replica made of 150,000 LEGO bricks roots for Padres

    SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — The home stadium of the San Diego Padres has been replicated with 150,000 LEGO bricks and it’s on display in Carlsbad.

    The LEGO model of Petco Park is at none other than LEGOLAND California Resort .

    As the Padres gear up for Game 4 against the Los Angeles Dodgers in the National Division Playoff Series, the theme park is getting in on the action with the lively display. It can be found inside the MINILAND San Diego area.

    The miniature version of the Padres’ home stadium boasts figures waving “BEAT LA” signs. The Friar himself can be spotted in the stands, along with Padres players and an array of fans.
