    This San Diego-area spot is among the ‘most Zen’ cities in US: study

    (KSWB) — Have you ever traveled to a certain city and thought to yourself, “it’s just so peaceful and calm here?”

    Researchers with Mission Connection , a mental health services provider, sought to find the “most Zen” cities across America to pinpoint where people are feeling the most relaxed. Their findings are based on Google review scores a of October 2024.

    As it turns out, there are nine spots in California that made the 150-city list. This includes one San Diego-area city. Can you guess which one?

    Here’s a breakdown of those cities and how they ranked, along with their Google review score:

    The “most zen” city in America, based on this study, is Sedona, Arizona. As noted by Mission Connection, Sedona is “considered by many to hold powerful spiritual energy.” It’s also a wellness hub, attracting visitors from around the world seeking tranquility and inner peace.
