    Pulaski County crews rescue calf from sinkhole

    PULASKI COUNTY, Ky. ( FOX 56 ) — Pulaski County crews rescued a calf after it had fallen into a deep sinkhole.

    In a Facebook post, the Science Hill Fire Department said it was called on Saturday to help rescue the animal from the hole, which was approximately 8–10 feet deep with a small opening at the top.

    Thanks to the help of the Somerset Fire Department and its high-angle rescue equipment, the Science Hill Fire Department said crews were able to successfully get the calf out.
