Horse trapped in sludge near Campbell County pond rescued

CAMPBELL COUNTY, Ky. ( FOX 56 ) — Campbell County first responders had their hands full Friday after answering the call to rescue a horse stuck in a pond.

According to the Campbell County EMS, crews were called to rescue a horse trapped in sludge at a pond near Owl Creek Road. After two intense hours of muddy work, the exhausted horse was rescued.
