Clinton County man found dead after suspected domestic incident with wife

ALBANY, Ky. ( FOX 56 ) — Kentucky State Police is investigating after an Albany man was found dead on Saturday.

At 11:33 a.m., troopers and detectives were called to a home on Wolf River Dock Road, where they found 51-year-old Wesley Russell with multiple gunshot wounds, according to KSP. The Clinton County Coroner’s Office declared him dead at the scene.

LATEST KENTUCKY NEWS:

Investigators said Wesley and his wife, Mary Russell, 48, “had been involved in a domestic violence incident.” She was taken to the Clinton County Hospital for treatment.

The incident is still under investigation.
