    Kentucky teens accused of animal cruelty after reportedly driving through flock of geese

    HARLAN, Ky. ( FOX 56 ) — Two Kentucky teens have been accused of intentionally driving through a flock of geese.

    According to Kentucky Fish and Wildlife (KFW), it happened around 9:30 p.m. on Aug. 19 at Village Center Mall in Harlan.

    Investigators said that Dalton Noe, 18, and Bricen Brock, 18, allegedly drove their trucks through a flock of Canada Geese. In doing so, two geese were reportedly hit and unable to fly away.

    One goose died on the scene, according to KFW, and another was taken to a rehabilitation facility in Hazard but was euthanized due to its injuries.

    LATEST KENTUCKY NEWS:

    Brock and Noe were charged with two counts of illegally taking a migratory bird and two counts of second-degree cruelty to animals.

    Court records show the teens are set to be arraigned at 9 a.m. on Sept. 9.
