Police asking for help in search for missing teen last seen in Laurel County

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. ( FOX 56 ) — A search is underway for a missing teen who went missing Saturday night.

The Laurel County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) posted on Facebook around 8 a.m. on Sunday that 15-year-old Jasmine Vanderpool was last seen around 10 p.m. Saturday in the area of Kidsville Road, eight miles southeast of London.

The sheriff’s office described Vanderpool as 5 feet, 6 inches tall, weighing 120 pounds, with “brown below shoulder length hair.”
