Dear Lord, we know not the hour of our death. This senseless death caused by another person, who recklessly took this deputy away from life and his friends. Welcome the deputy into your kingdom, dear Lord. And wrap your cloak of protection around other officers, his family and friends. May your judgment upon the person who took this life be swift and unflinching. In Jesus name, Amen.
