Missing girl last seen in Estill County found safe

ESTILL COUNTY, Ky. ( FOX 56 ) — Authorities provided an update regarding a missing teen last seen in Estill County.

Around 7 p.m. Monday, the Estill County Sheriff’s Office said Zoey Abel was found and safe.

Law enforcement in Estill County is asking for help finding a girl who deputies say was last seen in the early hours of Sunday morning.

The Estill County Sheriff’s Office posted on Facebook that 15-year-old Zoey Abel was last seen around 3 a.m. on Sunday.

Authorities said Zoey could have allegedly run away. A photo was shared on Facebook of what the sheriff’s office said was a white SUV “she was possibly picked up by.”
