    18-year-old dead after Devonport Drive shooting in Lexington

    LEXINGTON, Ky. ( FOX 56 ) — A victim of a shooting in early October on Devonport Drive in Lexington has died.

    According to the Fayette County Coroner’s Office, Juan Martinez-Bustos, 18, died at 12:10 a.m. on Tuesday at the University of Kentucky Medical Center after being shot around 9:30 p.m. on Oct. 3 .

    One other person was shot at the scene, but they were said to have sustained non-life-threatening injuries, as FOX 56 News previously reported.

    LATEST KENTUCKY NEWS:

    No information on the identity of the shooter is available at this time, and no arrests have been made.

    The coroner’s office and the Lexington Police Department confirmed this is now a homicide investigation, according to the coroner’s report.
