KENTUCKY ( FOX 56 ) — Just two days after a Kentucky woman’s arrest for allegedly killing and dismembering her mother, a sibling of the suspect has requested an emergency protective order against their brother.

Torilena Fields , 32, was arrested on Oct. 9 at a Brierly Ridge Home after the dismembered body of her mother, Trudy Fields , was discovered.

On Oct. 11 Torilena’s sister Telby Fields requested an emergency protective order against their brother, 42-year-old Truitt Fields, claiming he’s made threats against her life as well as their mother’s.

The petition states that Truitt is believed to be “armed and dangerous” and that Telby fears for her life, calling her brother a “monster.”

“He has called and made threats to kill me to claim his ‘birthright’ as the firstborn,” Telby wrote.

She also requested that Truitt be barred from attending their mother’s funeral as “he is unstable” and his mother “didn’t want him” present.

    LATEST KENTUCKY NEWS:

“When my body is found, Truitt Fields murdered me,” she pleaded. “Please give me this order; without it, I am next.”

Truitt was notified of the order by police in California, per court records, and a motion was filed for him to surrender his firearms.

A hearing on the emergency protective order request has been scheduled for 10 a.m. on Oct. 29.
