    Lexington police investigating after 1 hurt in shooting

    LEXINGTON, Ky. ( FOX 56 ) — A man has been injured after a shooting on Thursday that the Lexington Police Department (LPD) said may have happened on Triple Crown Parkway.

    1 arrested in connection with June shooting on Hillcrest Avenue

    The LPD wrote on Facebook that around 1:35 p.m. on Thursday, authorities were dispatched to a local hospital to meet with a reported shooting victim there who suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

    An initial investigation by police showed that “the shooting may have taken place in the 600 block of Triple Crown Parkway.”
