3 injured in shooting on Versailles Road

LEXINGTON, Ky. ( FOX 56 ) — Police in Lexington are investigating after three people were reportedly injured in an early morning shooting on Versailles Road on Saturday.

The Lexington Police Department (LPD) told FOX 56 that officers were dispatched around 6:45 a.m. on Saturday to the 1500 block of Versailles Road in response to a shooting.

When police arrived, officers found two victims who had reportedly been shot. One suffered from life-threatening injuries, while the other suffered non-life-threatening injuries, according to the LPD.

Police said a short time later a third gunshot victim was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

According to officers, all of the victims are in stable condition.
