Would be nice if they thought about the residents . Maybe throw a portion to each one of the homeowners in the state to pay their electric bill

we should NEVER have a surplus of that size! it means the state is fucking ripping us off , meanwhile we have to whore ourselves off on the street corner just to pay our damn electric bill
