Construction vehicle in Rocky Hill struck pedestrian: Police
ROCKY HILL, Conn. — Rocky Hill police report that a pedestrian was struck by a construction vehicle on Winter Lane Thursday morning. After a 911 call was received around 11:29 a.m., first responders from the town’s police and fire departments, and others from Aetna Ambulance, were dispatched to the scene, according to police.
