WEST HAVEN, Conn. — A West Haven man was arrested in Texas on a child porn charge Friday, according to a release from the Department of Justice Tuesday. Adam Salgado, Jr., 30, of West Haven, is facing a charge by federal criminal complaint of possession of child pornography.
