    Automation increases productivity and reduces jobs. You can't stop progress.Give them a great raise and benefits because you won't be paying as many workers in the near future anyway.

    Wake up prima Donna spoiled workers. Even low paying McDonalds is getting automation to unfortunately do away with jobs. Facts of life. Took a tour of a state of the art plant that made plastic car bumpers. Place ran 24/6 with only 3 workers a shift. Had a railroad cars out back with plastic pellets that were automatically transported to huge injection molding machines, automatic pallet risers etc. automated for trucks to. load tracker trailers etc.
