I-85 South from Gaffney to Spartanburg is once again funneling traffic through concrete barriers with no break down or emergency lanes. If a semi is beside you, you have just inches on each side of you car. If its a truck pulling a pontoon boat, no one can get around them nor can they move around another vehicle. If a vehicle breaks down, has a flat tire or runs out of gas, one lane will be closed, until it can be moved or towed.
