Their was no need to ever pull him out the car or put him on hand cuffs. Why did the officer feel threatened. They ran his license plate they knew he wasn't a criminal or someone to be concerned about . The police were just being racist and wanted to stick it to him . If all he did was a traffic violation why not get his drivers license and registration issue him a ticket and go on your way.
