    Ah folks, since I know most or can comprehend. But most of the federal government was not involved in the agreement from leaving Afghanistan. Congress wasn't involved. This was part of the Daho Agreement. Sure, Biden could have backed out, but their was a catch and a huge one at that the agreement was under presidential executive agreement power. A presidential executive agreement is an international agreement between the United States and another country that is made by the president without the Senate's advice or consent. Executive agreements are binding under international law. Since I know some of you will try to argue, and I say go Google DOHA Agreement and Presidential Executive Agreement powers. Congress can point fingers, but they were boxed out and had little say, and so did the military and state department. Why was so many parts of the government left outside when this deal was made.
