Those are Monk Parraqeets, and they nest on the poles next to those electric booster boxes for heat. They can survive all Winter, and there are a lot to one nest. We also have them here along the shoreline in Connecticut. (Milford, West Haven). The Electric Companies don’t like them because the boxes can become overheated and blow-out.
