Keep.cutting down all the trees and replacing them with houses. Keep paving and placing concrete over the earth. Water needs to slow down and spread out in order for it to not be damaging. Why do you think flooding is so prevalent in Gatlinbirg, Pigeon Forge and Sevierville TN? They replaced all the trees and top soil with cabins, asphalt and concrete.
