13-year-old arrested for terroristic threat against another juvenile at Ingram ISD
INGRAM, Texas — A 13-year-old Ingram Independent School District student was arrested after she admitted making an online threat against another student. According to the Kerr County Sheriff’s Office, on Aug. 10, it received information from law enforcement partners that the girl who attends school in Ingram ISD made the online threat that included using violence against the victim on the first day of school.
Mesquite woman dies after steering off the road into trees on I-20
EASTLAND COUNTY, Texas — A 30-year-old Mesquite woman was killed Saturday morning in a crash on Interstate 20 in Eastland County. The Texas Department of Public Safety said in a preliminary crash report Rachel Alice Rue, 30, of Mesquite, was driving a sedan west on Interstate 20 at the 338-mile marker. Rue passed another driver and was returning to the right lane of westbound traffic on the interstate.

JONES COUNTY, Texas — An SUV driver trying to pass a semi-truck was killed when she struck a third vehicle head-on. A preliminary crash report from the Texas Department of Public Safety says the crash happened at 9:20 a.m. Saturday on State Hwy 92, about four miles southwest of Stamford in Jones County.

EASTLAND COUNTY, Texas — A Fort Worth man was killed Friday, Aug. 9, in a single-vehicle rollover crash just outside of Eastland. The Texas Department of Public Safety says Kelly Michael Sims, 62, of Fort Worth, was traveling west on Interstate 20 in the inside lane when he steered his pickup truck left into the center median.

SAN ANGELO, Texas — The San Angelo Police Department said Friday it arrested three suspects following a burglary of a motor vehicle reported earlier in the day. At approximately 03:50 a.m. Friday, officers responded to a call about a burglary of a motor vehicle in the 4800 block of Oaklawn Street.
