Nevey should have never been out in the current position. He may have maritime expierience but that is no preperation to lead WSF. His interview displayed no desire to work creatively and solve problems. I would bet he held some lower position job within WSF, that he learned little if nothing about the uniqueness of the system. Inslee is also to blame for his bogus, look at me, covid shot mandate that rid the system of long term problem solvers employees that work below deck. I would bet they are about to lose more. Many long term above deck employees who were also can do types departed also. They have been replaced with, not that they don 't have basic qualifitions, but not the long term knowledge on how to do work arounds to solve problems. They are book smart but did not serve under in house mentors to pass along knowlege you can't get in a book.
