I agree with sassy and sweet as long as the definition of affordable housing is truly that affordable housing and why does it have to be in Avondale let's move this stuff all around the city not just in Avondale

As long as the definition of "Affordable" housing is truly that. Also, many of those place are riddled with crime and are not safe for older adults.
