    Denver weather: Sunny and warmer start to the weekend before rain chances

    DENVER (KDVR) — Hot and dry conditions are in Denver’s weather forecast for Saturday ahead of the chance for more showers.

    Weather tonight: Mainly clear

    Friday night will stay mainly clear. Temperatures will fall to the lower 60s, just a few degrees above normal for this time of year.

    Weather tomorrow: Sunny, hot

    Saturday will be hot and sunny. High temperatures will reach the upper 90s, just above the daily record of 98 degrees set in 2020.

    Looking ahead: Chance for showers, staying warm

    Sunday will start mainly sunny. As high temperatures climb to the low to mid-90s, clouds will increase in the afternoon ahead of a few showers and thunderstorms.

    The best chance for scattered showers will move in Monday afternoon and evening. Temperatures on Monday will stay warm and climb up near 90 degrees.

    The chance for showers will be more isolated for the rest of the workweek as temperatures keep climbing from a low in the 60s to a high in the 90s.
