    Car fire causes delays at E-470, Peña Boulevard near Denver airport

    DENVER ( KDVR ) — A car caught on fire near the Denver International Airport, causing delays on Tuesday morning.

    E470 Road Updates posted on X just after 10 a.m. that a car caught on fire on E-470 South near Pena Boulevard, right by Exit 28.

    On the E-470 cameras, the road appears to be backed up with cars and authorities are currently on scene.

    The post on X said to expect delays.
