Things to do in Denver: Labor Day Weekend 2024

DENVER ( KDVR ) — This weekend marks the end of meteorological summer and the start of fall. It’s also the end of traditional summer and a three-day weekend for those who have Monday off for Labor Day.

And, in true Colorado fashion, the weather is set up to be nice and summery — so get out and enjoy the sunshine and warmth (but don’t forget to bring water). The Pinpoint Weather team is calling for high temperatures around 90 degrees each day from Friday to Monday, with very little chance for rain.

This weekend being the last of true summer also means it’s a time when many farmers’ markets start to wind down. While most are open through at least the end of September, there will likely be some turnover among vendors at various markets.
