    Denver weather: Warm and dry for the weekend

    DENVER (KDVR) — Above-average temperatures and dry conditions return to the forecast this weekend, making for a great couple of days to enjoy the outdoors.

    Weather today: More sunshine for us today!

    Temperatures on Saturday will continue to climb into the middle 80s. Skies will start off sunny, but clouds will increase in the late afternoon. A few isolated showers will be possible over the mountains, but the majority of areas will remain dry.

    Weather tonight: Partly cloudy and comfy

    Some clouds move into the area Saturday night as lows sink into the middle to upper 50s. Look for winds to come out of the east anywhere from 5-10 mph.

    Looking ahead: Warm temperatures and staying mostly dry

    The extended forecast is mostly quiet and sunny. Temperatures will remain above normal in the upper 80s and lower 90s. Temperatures will flirt with 90 degrees on Sunday, with low 90s likely on Monday.

    Little is expected in terms of rain outside of some of those isolated mountain showers this weekend.

    The Pinpoint Weather team is watching the middle of next week for a chance for a few showers.
