DENVER ( KDVR ) — The Denver Broncos organization kicked off the new season with a fun event at Empower Field at Mile High on Thursday morning.

The event allowed fans to get a free orange Broncos logo chalk stencil. The event was put on by Autowash.

The event was held with the goal of kicking off celebrations for the regular season home opener on Sunday.

Sorry, Broncos Country: Russell Wilson appearance does not look promising

The Denver Broncos Cheerleaders and Miles the mascot were there to meet fans and drivers. The first 400 drivers got a complimentary license plate cover.

All fans who came out got the chance to enter to win a pair of tickets to Sunday’s home opener against the Steelers.

The Broncos also said fans who drove a Ford vehicle would get a free Broncos towel. Additionally, Autowash provided drivers with a free car wash coupon following the stencil.
