DENVER ( KDVR ) — Weld County deputies responded to an animal call, but once on scene, they discovered a small cat was stuck in some unique farming equipment.

The Weld County Sheriff’s Office said deputies were called about a cat that was trapped in a tractor . However, once deputies arrived, they noticed the cat wasn’t in the tractor but in the corn head silage cutter attachment.

A silage cutter is a piece of farming equipment meant to cut produce into small pieces. Although deputies said the cat was “really wedged in there” with blades around it, luckily, they were able to disassemble the cutter and rescue the cat.
