Things to do in Denver this weekend: Last Rockies games, Oktoberfest and more

DENVER ( KDVR ) — The first full weekend of fall is officially here, and there are plenty of events to choose from.

This includes the final three Rockies games of the season against the Los Angeles Dodgers. Since the team did not make it to the playoffs, the next time fans will be able to watch them play will be in 2025.

• Denver Oktoberfest in the Ballpark District – Friday, Saturday and Sunday
• Creeporado: An evening of the Strange & Unusual at History Colorado – Friday from 7 to 10 p.m.
• USA Today Wine & Food Experience at York Street Yards – Saturday from 1 to 4 p.m.
• Denver American Indian Festival in Lakewood – Saturday and Sunday

Concerts and performances

• Descendents at Fillmore Auditorium – Friday at 7 p.m.
• Hans Zimmer at Ball Arena – Friday at 8 p.m.
• Seven Lions at Red Rocks Amphitheatre – Friday at 6 p.m.
• Hamlet at Wolf Theatre – Various times
• Kimberly Akimbo at Buell Theatre – Various times

Other events and grand openings

• Doors Open Denver – Various times at various places
• Church and Union in Union Station – Grand opening on Friday
• Vanishing West Ciders in Aurora – Grand opening this week
