Now Haha Kebab’s and Shawarma’s looks boarded up, the family owned business closed now for nearly a month after these two men intentionally targeted this eatery, according to police.

“This is very serious, this has cost the business owner several thousand dollars. They’ve been out of business for weeks. They filled up with the gas, carried the gas down the street from the gas station,” detective Bryan Jobe said.

In a video provided by KCPD, the men not only filled the tank of gas up, but then threw a rock in the window and tried multiple times to set fire to the establishment before they were successful.

Police say at this time, they are not investigating this as a hate crime but call these men and their actions dangerous.
