KCPD says missing 86-year-old man found safe

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kansas City police were searching for an 86-year-old man last seen on Sunday, Sept. 15. On Monday, KCPD said Victor Sahagun was found safely.

Sahagun had last been seen in the area of E. 27th Ter/Topping Ave. on Sunday around 6 a.m. near Blue Valley Park.

He is 5 feet 9 inches tall, 180 pounds. He was last seen wearing a grey t-shirt, green jacket, black sweatpants and black shoes. He also no longer has facial hair.

Sahagun suffers from dementia and needs immediate medical attention.

If he is found, you are asked to contact 911 immediately.
