KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A motorcyclist is fighting for their life after a crash Thursday night in Kansas City.

Kansas City police said a motorcyclist was taking the exit ramp from northbound 169 Highway to eastbound 152 Highway at a very high rate of speed when they tried to pass a Ford Fusion on the exit ramp. The crash happened just after 5 p.m.

The driver failed to negotiate the curve of the exit ramp and hit the Ford on the driver’s side.

The impact caused the motorcycle to tumble, ejecting the operator totally off the motorcycle, according to police. The motorcyclist was wearing a helmet and was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the Ford was not injured. An investigation into the crash is ongoing.

Sorry but you act stupid you pay the consequences. I am so tired of people saying watch out for motorcycles.
