    AMBER Alert canceled for abducted 12-year-old girl in Warsaw

    KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Missouri State Highway Patrol has canceled an AMBER Alert on Thursday, Sept. 26 following a child abduction.

    The AMBER Alert was canceled after the child was located safe, according to MSHP.

    MSHP reports the child was abducted from in Warsaw, Missouri.

    The possible suspect, according to MSHP, was the non-custodial mother of the 12-year-old.

    The vehicle they were believed to be in was a black 2015 Toyota RAV4 with Missouri license plate “TC2Z7B.” The vehicle was traveling in an unknown direction, according to MSHP.

    The child was said to be wearing a fall-colored plaid shirt and a blue hoodie.
