    Raytown Police Department issues SILVER Alert for missing person

    KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Raytown Police Department issued an Endangered SILVER Advisory for a missing man at 11:39 p.m. yesterday, September 28.

    Police say that Wolff was released from Jackson County jail and left on foot. He was last seen on West 14th Street heading towards T-Mobile Center.

    According to Raytown Police, the missing man is 66-year-old Thomas Charles Wolff. Wolff is a white male, stands 5’11” at 170 pounds and was last seen wearing a polo shirt with a geometric pattern. He has gray hair and blue eyes.

    Police are also saying that Wolff has been diagnosed with dementia and a traumatic brain injury and is without his required medication.

    Anyone who has seen the missing person or has any information about Wolff is asked to call 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or to call Raytown PD at 816-737-6020.
