(FOX40.COM) — The Washoe County Coroner’s Office has positively identified a woman’s body that was recovered from Mt. Rose Highway on Aug. 15 as Patricia Portella-Wright, who had been reported missing earlier this month, according to the Placer County Sheriff’s Office.

Portella-Wright, 48, of Kings Beach, was last seen on Aug. 4 and was reported missing on Aug. 9 when she did not show up for work.

Investigators say that she was last seen with her boyfriend Brent Clifford, who was later arrested on Aug. 14 in connection to crimes committed in Reno, Nevada, according to the sheriff’s office.

Prior to his arrest, Clifford was named a person of interest in an Aug. 11 homicide in Reno.
