Sacramento domestic violence incident leaves woman in critical condition

(FOX40.COM) — A man was arrested on Friday night after a domestic violence incident left a woman in critical condition, according to the Sacramento Police Department.

Around 11:30 p.m., SPD responded to the 1400 block of Response Road for reports of domestic violence. When officers arrived at the scene, a man was identified as the suspect but was uncooperative, according to SPD.

Officers said they searched the man’s residence and found an unresponsive woman. She was transported to a local hospital been transported to a local hospital in critical condition. The man was arrested in connection with attempted murder and other related charges.
